Open five government-owned fences as listed here (see arrows on aerial map): 1 Creek Trail at Monroe to County's empty lot: There is a fence and locked gate, but nothing prevents walking around the fence by going first along San Tomas. However, it's an unnecessary detour. 2 Bus stop, San Tomas at Cabrillo, to path. This avoids the skate-board area which is independently fenced and lockable. 3 Path from behind baseball area to Laine Avenue. 4 Robinson Avenue to San Tomas (formerly, Los Olivos Drive). The sidewalk from here to El Camino was destroyed. Create dirt path now by trimming shrubbery (already required by the County Expressway Master Plan). 5 Bus stop, San Tomas at El Camino, to Madera Drive sidewalk.
