Hello Mr. Pitton,
I'm not asking that paper copies be made, only that the email be forwarded to each BAC member.

If I bring our letter to the meeting, the members will not have time to read it before the discussion, especially the various linked documents. Obviously, they need to read it, if they chose to do so, in advance.

Since this is on the agenda, and the pubilc has a right to give input either verbally or in writing on any item on the agenda, I believe our public input to the agenda item must be sent out.

As I have previously informed you, you must bring your materials for distribution to the meeting since these are your own materials. Therefore they should not be distributed beforehand by City Staff for you.
